The changelog of Sprint 96
Identity Verification
- Updated IDV Privacy policy settings migrated. Privacy policy setting was moved from settings → privacy policy to ID verifications → Settings → Privacy policy, as the setting changed the privacy policy for the ID verification window. For now, we still leave the option to click on the settings in settings → privacy policy as a redirect link. This is done to get the partners accustomed to the new location.
- Updated GB date extension on expired visa and residence permit. Due to changes in Great Britain, the visa & residence permit length was automatically extended to March 31 if the doc expired between December 31st, 2024 and March 31st, 2025. This does not apply to any other countries & documents. When trying to edit the expiry date, the reviewers will receive additional information to help with the decision.

- Created IDV deny reasons on last attempt. Previously, the deny reason on the last attempt was not present after multiple attempts were made. This was now fixed to show the deny reason on the last attempt as well. The deny reasons are displayed for 10 seconds before the user is redirected to the final result page.

Business Verification (KYB)
- Updated allowed actions to no longer let to delete company if gov or company checks processing. Previously, it was possible to delete the company when government or company checks were being processed. This is now fixed.
- Created the comments card in the Compliance & monitoring tab. This was done under KYB verifications.

- Updated KYB phone number formats to have standard format (Country code)+number_length. Previously, we had an issue where, in some cases, the placeholder might’ve confused the users filling in the number verification due to different formats. Now, we made the placeholder to indicate the correct format and standardized the phone number formats to avoid such issues in the future.
- Updated some parts of KYB UI/UX. This was done to make the KYB UI more user-friendly and easier to use. A notable mention includes Gov checks reports, which were reverted to the old version for better readability.

- Created a TIN/EIN section for our USA users. The users TIN/EIN number can now be provided by the user and will be checked by automation or manually by the partner.

General
- Updated year change from 2024 to 2025. All the places in the system where the year was static were changed from 2024 to 2025 and will now change dynamically.
- Created new upload multi-type to upload multiple files at once. If the partner selects multi-type in their KYB or KYC questionnaire, the user will be able to upload multiple files at once without having to select different single upload questions. There can be up to 5 files uploaded at once per multi-type upload.
Partner set-up side

User side

- Created additional full name and full address Latin names for POA verification. In some cases, the fields were presented in other non-Latin languages. Now we are working towards translating languages from non-Latin to Latin in separate fields.
- Updated IDV Freemium to display more data to our free users. Previously, on Freemium IDV, all but a few sections were hidden. Now, the Freemium users will be able to check the Freemium Flow for other products, too, as demos.
