This option will allow you to check the criminal records of all 50 states + the District of Columbia.

The supported databases checked include: Criminal Prosecutions, Arrest Records, Warrant Lists, Criminal Newsletters & Press Releases, Most Wanted, Sex Offenders, Corrections/Inmate Data, Child Support Violations, Open Court Cases, Early Release & Parole Lists, Career Offenders, and more.

KYB
1. Updated VAT checks to contain less data.
Previously, there was an option to select a country. This option was now removed, as the first VAT characters represent countries.a.

2. Created an option for the AI to check if the uploaded document during KYB verification from the client’s side is correct.
This check will suggest to our partners KYB users if they have uploaded an incorrect document during their KYB verification, and will produce a warning message.a.
The AI evaluates if the uploaded document is an individual or a company document, it then returns the warning messages like: document type mismatch, company name mismatch.b.
AI does not prohibit the completion of document uploads; rather, it simply recommends whether the correct documents are uploaded.c.
