Business verification The ability to proceed multiple verifications for one beneficiary. Problem: Currently, there is not possible to generate KYC token if there is no applicant, if only one email is provided, and if the beneficiary was declined. Solution: The feature to create multiple verification tokens for one beneficiary will be added. Request more verification link. Problem: Currently, the autofill token “Token string” inserts the verification token into the email. Therefore, some partners use their own URL, so it is inconvenient to paste the URL and add “Token string” separately. Solution: New partner setting “kyb_url” will be added. The partner will be allowed to provide his URL that will be merged with the “Token string”. Also, a new autofill button will be added to the Request more pop-up. So one autofill button will insert URL + token string. KYB audit logs infinite scroll Problem: KYB audit logs displays only old event. Solution: Will be added new ones, and an infinite scroll will be added for more logs. Company list endpoint Problem: Juni need data to start documenting statistics. Solution: Core API endpoint will be added with KYB_FORM webhook. All the companies' list with all the data will be there with a GET date filter. To save our system load, the same partner will be allowed to refer our API up to 10 times in an hour. Custom questionnaires Problem: different partners want different Questionnaires. Solution: questionnaire templates will be added so partners will be able to create custom questionnaires with custom questions and following questions based on answers Identity verification Upload the document manually card in the Identity verification review page. Problem: partners need to upload some documents and store them in our Dashboard next to specific users. Solution: Upload document card will be added to the Identiti verification review page. New advanced KYC flow Problem: Our KYC flow is not very user-friendly regarding customization. Solution: We will create Custom flow options, where partners will be able to fully customize KYC flow based on their users. (e.g., Only for Lithuanians to proceed with AML check and if AML is suspected, require the Utility bill). This feature could be released later if some errors occur as it is a bigger workload task. Face reauthentication for existing customers Bug fixes regarding face reauthentication. Suggested device flow fix: Some bugs will be fixed regarding the suggested device flow. AML AML monitoring Adverse media option when uploading CSV file. Problem: when creating a monitoring subject, partners can select whether to screen for Negative news or not. Therefore, there is no such option when uploading a bach CSV file with a list of subjects. Solution: this functionality will be added. General Partner setting information Problem: We have more and more partner settings that are in the same list, so it is difficult to allow partners to change partner settings themselves as the list is really long Solution: We will divide the partner settings into lists based on the product (e.g., Partner settings for KYB, Partner settings for KYC, etc.). Dashboard multilanguage implementation Problem: The insight was received that the multi languages are needed in our Dashboard. Solution: Frontend will prepare Dashboard for multilanguage. In other sprints, languages will be added. Active filters display bug fix Problem: The footer displays three filters and x more if many filters are selected. So there is no ability to expand. Solution: ability to expand and delete some filters will be added. Remove old page. Problem: some old and new pages are displayed on the Dashboard. Solution : Old design pages that have completely new design pages will be removed.
